Our ACTAR-accredited reconstructionists have analyzed countless motor vehicle accidents involving passenger vehicles, commercial trucking and mass transit vehicles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. The latest technology is utilized, along with techniques that are generally accepted as established scientific methods and routinely employed in accident analysis and reconstruction. Data obtained allows us to quantify the severity of an automobile incident in terms of velocity and/or acceleration changes of a vehicle during the impact phase of a crash. We have the Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) equipment necessary to extract data from Event Data Recorders (EDR), as well as the expertise to interpret the data downloaded.
In addition to motor vehicle accidents and in support of a Biomechanical Injury Analysis, the engineers at BioEx Consulting have performed reconstruction on a multitude of incidents involving injuries claimed from premise liability, workplace or recreational activity, machinery, and tools.
Once engineering analysis from reconstruction is complete, a final report is presented with supporting data. As expert engineering witnesses, BioEx Consulting explains the results of the reconstruction, answers any questions related to the investigation, and provides testimony if necessary.
